Common use of Equity award plans Clause in Contracts

Equity award plans. Employee shall be eligible to be awarded stock options, restricted stock awards, and other equity awards (collectively, “Equity Awards”) to purchase Corporation's common stock under Corporation's Long-Term Incentive Plans for selected key employees and directors during the term of this Agreement.
