Equitable Treatment. 28.1 In exercising any rights or undertaking any obligations under this Agreement that relate to or affect Other Network Users the Distributor will treat the Network User equitably in relation to any Other Network User with regard to the terms and conditions laid down for the use of the Distribution Network.
