Equitable Servitude. The provisions of this Declaration shall be enforceable by the County of Sacramento as an equitable servitude and conditions, restrictions and covenants running with the land, and shall be binding on the Declarants and upon each and all of their respective heirs, devisees, successors, transferees, and assigns, beneficiaries and administrators, and upon future owners of the Restricted Property.
