Common use of Equitable Development Clause in Contracts

Equitable Development. Partners will develop a strategy for equitable development and community stabilization in communities surrounding 82nd Avenue. The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate funding of the City of Portland’s initial work on 82nd Avenue. This work will include early project development for funded safety and access improvements; existing conditions including safety needs, development of a decision making and public involvement strategy; and early work to develop roadway conceptual designs to provide varying degrees of transit priority.
