equitable Contract Application. An Officer has the right <o have both the Employer and the Union apply all provisions of this Contract fairly and equitably to all Officers without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age or as prescribed in existing regulations, marital status, physical handicap, lawful political affiliation(s), or membership or nonmembership in a lawful Union.
