Equipment Terms. 5.1 Client agrees to purchase, and Fiserv agrees to sell, the Computer System described in Exhibit M - n in accordance with the terms specified in Exhibit L. Fiserv shall arrange for installation of the Computer System in consideration of the Installation Fees listed on Exhibit M - n. 5.2 Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, Fiserv shall not be responsible for the provision of any maintenance or repairs to the Computer System or of any parts or replacements for the Computer System.
