Equipment Relocation Sample Clauses

Equipment Relocation. Grass Valley may terminate a purchased Support Agreement in the event Customer moves or relocates Covered Equipment to a location which would impair or otherwise prevent Grass Valley from providing the Support Services. In such event, Customer shall be liable for a cancellation fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the remaining fees due under the applicable Support Agreement.

Equipment Relocation. During the Equipment Maintenance Service term, Customer may relocate covered Equipment to different Customer sites at Customer’s sole cost, risk and expense. Customer must provide Fujitsu with at least sixty (60) days prior written notice advising Fujitsu of each such relocation. Equipment Maintenance Service charges applicable to relocated Equipment may be subject to adjustment if Equipment is relocated to a different Fujitsu Maintenance Service zone.
