Equipment Relocation. Grass Valley may terminate a purchased Support Agreement in the event Customer moves or relocates Covered Equipment to a location which would impair or otherwise prevent Grass Valley from providing the Support Services. In such event, Customer shall be liable for a cancellation fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the remaining fees due under the applicable Support Agreement.
Equipment Relocation. The first sentence of Section 5.C. of the Standard Terms and Conditions is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: [**] = Confidential treatment requested for redacted portion; redacted portion has been filed separately with the Commission. “Customer shall give Worldspan at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of its request to relocate or remove the Worldspan Equipment.”

If the Company makes such a relocation request and Dealer refuses to release the unit, the Company may at its discretion demand payment for the unit in full on the first day of the month following the request.

Equipment Relocation. In the event Location transfers or moves its business from the Premises, Location shall notify Company not less than thirty (30) days prior to any such event. In such event, this Agreement shall be automatically deemed amended to apply to Location’s new Premises for the remaining term of this Agreement. The ATM shall be placed in a mutually agreed upon indoor location.
Equipment Relocation. Case may request Dealer to transfer new Equipment to another authorized dealer to accommodate such dealer’s sale to another Customer. If Dealer refuses, Case, in its sole discretion, may decline to pay, on Dealer’s behalf, the wholesale finance interest charges associated with that specific Equipment, and may decline to make available to Dealer any retail sales programs for such Equipment.
Equipment Relocation. For the avoidance of doubt: o COUNTY is responsible, at its own expense, for the relocation of the Flare and Flare equipment if said relocations are due to the COUNTY’s landfill operation needs. x XXXXXXXX POWER is responsible, at its own expense, for the relocation of the Flare and flare equipment if said relocations are due to a XXXXXXXX POWER need. Equipment Relocation. During the Equipment Maintenance Service term, Customer may relocate covered Equipment to different Customer sites at Customer’s sole cost, risk and expense. Customer must provide Fujitsu with at least sixty (60) days prior written notice advising Fujitsu of each such relocation. Equipment Maintenance Service charges applicable to relocated Equipment may be subject to adjustment if Equipment is relocated to a different Fujitsu Maintenance Service zone.
Equipment Relocation. In the event Operator transfers or moves its business from the Location, Operator shall notify NationalLink not less than thirty (30) days prior to any such event. In such event, this Agreement shall be automatically deemed amended to apply to Operator's new Location for the remaining term of this Agreement.
