Equipment Refinements. Supplier will provide an additional basic warranty of scan engine and transducers to cover Replacement Parts, excluding consumable supplies, and technical assistance phone support for the [*] following the initial warranty. Supplier reserves the right to modify or change Equipment to include electrical or mechanical refinements it deems appropriate. In the event Supplier modifies any Equipment, it is agreed that Supplier has no obligation to modify or change any other Equipment previously delivered or to supply new Equipment without such modifications, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. Supplier retains all patent, copyright and other proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Equipment and all modifications thereto except as granted herein or by operation of law. C.
