Common use of Equipment Operator Clause in Contracts

Equipment Operator. An Equipment Operator shall have the same qualifications as a Labourer and in addition shall possess a Class A or Class D Province of Ontario driver’s license with a Z endorsement. They shall be capable of operating in a safe and efficient manner and servicing a truck, tractor mower, tractor, loader, backhoe, roller, grader, paint striper and other small equipment. In addition, performs other duties as assigned to him by his supervisor.
