Common use of EQUIPMENT COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. This agreement is non-cancelable for one year or the term as stated on the face hereof whichever is less, except: if either party fails to perform its obligations and such failure continues after thirty (30) days written notice, then the other party has the right to terminate this agreement. By written agreement of the parties, additional items of equipment may be added to the coverage of this agreement. The location of the equipment, type, mode, serial number, commencement date of maintenance service and any additional charges for maintenance of additional item shall be specified on the face of this agreement.
