EQUIPMENT COVERAGE Sample Clauses

EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. This agreement is non-cancelable for one year or the term as stated on the face hereof whichever is less, except: if either party fails to perform its obligations and such failure continues after thirty (30) days written notice, then the other party has the right to terminate this agreement. By written agreement of the parties, additional items of equipment may be added to the coverage of this agreement. The location of the equipment, type, mode, serial number, commencement date of maintenance service and any additional charges for maintenance of additional item shall be specified on the face of this agreement.

EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. Any policy or policies of insurance Contractor or his subcontractors elect to carry as insurance against loss or damage to construction equipment and tools or other personal property shall include a provision waiving the insurer’s right of subrogation against City.

EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. All domain connected windows devices should have Citon Anti-Virus and Anti-Ransomware software installed; if software is not deployed on a domain connected windows device the efficacy of the solution will be diminished.

EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. This Agreement relates only to the specific base tool and Company components as well as any additional accessories and/or third party items listed in the Service Quote (“Equipment”). Third party items may come from vendors such as Edax, Gatan, Oxford, and Bruker. Third party items may also include items such as chillers, transformers, compressors, and UPS. Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to replace or repair any computer necessary for functionality of the Equipment. Customer is responsible for backing up all data stored by Customer on the Equipment.

EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. Minimum shall vary according to the value of the total equipment rented, and shall not be less than the fullreplacement value of all equipment rented. Coverage to include all listed equipment for “ALL RISK” perils, and contain a LOSS PAYABLE clause endorsement stated as follows: Effective (date) , it is understood and agreed that the certificate holder is recognized as LOSS PAYEE as respects (value amount) misc. rented equipment and that said policy is primary and not in excess of, or contributory to, any other insurance provided for the benefit of, or by, the certificate holder. GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE: Minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limits, bodily injury and property damage, is to be maintained for the termof this rental. Workhorse Productions, Inc. & sub-contractors are to be named as ADDITIONAL INSURED, as respects the rental of this equipment during term of this rental ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ evidence of Worker’s Compensation coverage. EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. Assistance covered under this agreement includes but is not limited to: administrative services, skilled highway personnel, and use of related equipment.

EQUIPMENT COVERAGE. The Contracting Authority and Owner will not insure or be liable for damage to any Contractor or Subcontractor owned, leased, rented, or borrowed tools, equipment, or vehicles. The Contractor and Subcontractors are solely responsible for maintaining all insurance necessary to cover their tools, equipment, and vehicles.
