Common use of EQUIPMENT AND/OR LEASED EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

EQUIPMENT AND/OR LEASED EQUIPMENT. 9.1.1 The Price is as stated on the Order Form and is exclusive of VAT or any other tax or duty payable. The amount of such taxes or duties shall be added to the Price and shall be payable by the Client in the same manner as the Price. Any invoices issued by AiMTECH Business Services in respect of the Price shall, save in the case of manifest error, be final, conclusive and binding on the Client. 9.1.2 Unless otherwise specified the Price is based on the assumption that the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and (where applicable) Installation Services will be completed in one continuous visit to the site agreed with the Client and accordingly AiMTECH Business Services may at its discretion at any time increase the Price to take account of any additional costs to AiMTECH Business Services (including but not limited to storage and delivery costs) by reason of Delivery and/or the Installation Services taking more than one visit.
