Equipment and Inventory. (a) Each Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that except as permitted by the Credit Agreement, it shall not deliver any Document evidencing any of its Equipment or Inventory to any person other than (i) the issuer of such Document to claim the Goods evidenced thereby, (ii) the Collateral Agent (or its agent or designee) or (iii) any other Grantor.
