Equalizing Teaching Loads. The District shall attempt to equalize the teaching load for all classroom teachers within similar disciplines and responsibility levels. The process of equalizing class size will be initiated within two (2) weeks of school opening. When setting up classes and equalizing the teaching load, consideration will be given to the teacher serving students with exceptional needs.
