Equal Value. Except as allowed by Appendix 1, all work performed by bargaining unit employees is deemed to be of equal value.
Equal Value. An independent accounting firm has concluded that the aggregate value of licenses granted to Delphi by GM and GM Affiliates is approximately equal to the aggregate value of licenses granted to GM by Delphi and Delphi Affiliates. Accordingly, no payment by either party to the other is necessary to make such licenses of equal value, and all licenses granted in this agreement are fully paid.
