Equal Pay Audit. The Council is committed to undertaking annual Equal Pay Audits to ensure that all arrangements for pay and remuneration are equitable and non discriminatory. The first review was conducted in 2004 in accordance with the new framework from the Equal Opportunities Commission.
Equal Pay Audit. 12.1 Monitoring of the impact of the pay and grading review will take place six months after the implementation date through the Local Consultative Group machinery. A full equal pay audit of the Council’s pay and remuneration systems will be conducted in 2011/12.
