Common use of EQUAL DIVISION Clause in Contracts

EQUAL DIVISION. The parties acknowledge that each is entitled to an equal division of marital property in accordance with R.C. 3105.171, and further acknowledge that the division of marital property provided for in the Agreement is not precisely equal. Accordingly, both parties waive any rights to an equal division of marital property.
