Equal and Ratable Security. This Agreement and the Security Documents are intended to secure the Secured Debt equally and ratably to the extent required by the Public Indenture. All of the Secured Parties shall be bound by any instruction or delivery given by the Credit Facility Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
