EQRO ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND NON-DUPLICATION OF MANDATORY ACTIVITIES. The EQRO will conduct administrative compliance assessments for each MCP every three (3) years. The review will include, but not be limited to, the following domains as specified by ODJFS: member rights and services, QAPI program, access standards, provider network, grievance system, case management, coordination and continuity of care, and utilization management. In accordance with 42 CFR 438.360 and 438.362, MCPs with accreditation from a national accrediting organization approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) may request a non-duplication exemption from certain specified components of the administrative review.
