Common use of EPT Clause in Contracts

EPT. Mad River, as landlord, and Mad River, as tenant, entered into that certain Lease Agreement dated November 15, 2005, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement dated June 30, 2006 and as further amended by that certain Second Amendment to Lease Agreement dated November , 2014 (the “Lease” and the Loans are collectively referred to herein as the “Transaction Documents”). The Transaction Documents are set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein.

EPT. The Transaction Documents Documents, as same may be amended or modified from time to time, are set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein.
