Common use of Environmental Studies Clause in Contracts

Environmental Studies. The City will be a consulting party in connection with the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement for the Project. The City will have a reasonable opportunity to review and prepare comments to proposed submissions regarding the Project required in connection with the preparation and review of the Environmental Impact Statement and that are otherwise required to determine compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act. The Tribe shall consider, and use reasonable efforts to incorporate, such comments in good faith into the Tribe’s submissions regarding the Project.
