Common use of Environmental Specifications Clause in Contracts

Environmental Specifications. SANParks anticipates that national Legislation together with the OMP will adequately cover many of the environmental issues that will arise. In the interim, SANParks has developed internal Specifications for the operational components of the Houseboats at Kraalbaai that must be adhered to by the Operator. These Specifications are developed in-line with Corporate and the parks’ management plan and internal operational policies, procedures and standards. However, the Operator must be aware; therefore, that the terms and conditions set forth in the Specifications are subject to amendment. Private Parties will be expected to comply at all times with the provisions of the Environmental Specifications as amended from time to time.
