Environmental Specifications. The Contractor acknowledges that he is working in an environmentally sensitive area and agrees to conform to all environmental controls specified in this document and revised from time to time. It should also be noted that these controls form part of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the development and are therefore required to be legally enforced.
