Common use of Environmental Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Environmental Representations and Warranties. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.29, all required federal, state, and local permits concerning or related to environmental protection, regulation, and disposal of water have been acquired, all notices, reports, and registrations required by Environmental Laws with respect to the Assets have been filed, and Seller has been in full compliance in all material respects with such environmental permits and any other Environmental Laws affecting the Assets during the period in which it has owned and operated the Assets. All hazardous materials as defined by any applicable Environmental Law, generated on the Lands by Seller have been properly disposed of in accordance with Environmental Laws.
