Common use of Environmental Investigations Clause in Contracts

Environmental Investigations. All environmental investigations, studies, audits, assessments or reviews conducted of which any Credit Party has knowledge in relation to the current or prior business or assets of any Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or any Real Property, assets or facility now or previously owned, operated, leased, used or controlled by any Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries have been delivered to the Agent.

Environmental Investigations. All environmental investigations, assessments, studies, audits, assessments audits or reviews conducted of which the Borrower or any other Credit Party has knowledge in relation to the current or prior business or assets of any Credit Party the Borrower or any of its respective Subsidiaries or any Real Property, assets asset or facility now or previously owned, operated, leased, used operated or controlled leased by any Credit Party the Borrower or any of its respective Subsidiaries have been delivered to the Agent.

Environmental Investigations. All environmental investigations, studies, audits, assessments or reviews conducted by or on behalf of which any the Credit Party has knowledge Parties in relation to the current or prior business or assets of any the Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries Parties or any Real Property, assets Property or facility now or previously owned, operated, leased, used or controlled by the Credit Parties, including, without limitation, those relating to compliance with or liability under any Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries Environmental Law, have been delivered to the AgentDesignated Lender.
