Common use of Environmental and Engineering Clause in Contracts

Environmental and Engineering. A “Phase 1” (and, if applicable, “Phase 2”) environmental report, an asbestos survey, if applicable, and an engineering report, each in form reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, on behalf of Buyers, by an engineer or environmental consultant reasonably approved by Administrative Agent.
