Buyer shall have received a “Phase I” (and, if recommended by the Phase I, a “Phase II”) environmental report, an asbestos survey, if applicable, and an engineering report, each in form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, by an engineer and an environmental consultant, approved by Buyer in its reasonable discretion.
