Environment Specifications. In the event that Customer is required to house Service Equipment at the Premises, Customer shall be responsible for providing a suitable and secure environment, in compliance with the equipment manufacturer requirements, free from environmental hazards for any such Service Equipment. Customer shall be responsible for external surveillance, appropriate and redundant power supply, and fire, flood, lightning and theft protection.
