Environment Specifications Clause Samples
The Environment Specifications clause defines the environmental standards and requirements that must be met during the execution of a project or contract. It typically outlines acceptable materials, processes, and operational practices to minimize environmental impact, such as waste management procedures or emissions limits. By clearly setting these expectations, the clause ensures compliance with environmental regulations and helps prevent disputes related to environmental performance.
