Environment factors. These are external factors from the perspective of an organisation. These factors are related to, for example, the industry and market in which an organisation operates [22], and also the regulatory environment [23]. We also determine for each factor if they are mentioned in the literature, see Table I, column ‘Reference’. In the following three sections we provide a definition for each factor and we provide the findings of the interviews.
