Common use of Enumeration and Qualification Clause in Contracts

Enumeration and Qualification. The officers of the Trust shall be a President, a Chief Compliance Officer, an Anti-Money Laundering Officer, a Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, if any, a Secretary, an Assistant Secretary, if any, a Chief Administrative Officer, if any, and such other officers, including Vice Presidents, if any, as the Trustees from time to time may in their discretion elect. The Trust also may have such agents as the Trustees from time to time may in their discretion appoint. Any officer may be, but need not be, a Trustee or shareholder. The same person may hold any two or more offices and any office (other than that of the Chief Compliance Officer) may be vacant from time to time.
