Common use of Entry Rights Clause in Contracts

Entry Rights. 1.1.1 Drivers born on or after 1 January 1995, seeking to enter the 2022 FIA ERC4 Junior Championship for Drivers shall • Register to FIA as ERC4 driver on ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/rally; and • Complete and sign this Licence and return it to WRC Promoter GmbH at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. 1.1.2 Entry rights are governed by the FIA Regulations. Any decision regarding the possible grant of entry rights shall be at the sole discretion of the FIA in its role as the supreme sporting regulatory authority and subject to the relevant separate FIA entry procedure and the FIA Regulations.
