Entry into Force and Effects. This Act of the Bangui Agreement shall enter into force two months after the deposit of instruments of ratification by at least two-thirds of the States party to the Bangui Agreement of March 2, 1977. The date of entry into force of the Annexes to this Act of the Agreement shall be determined by decision of the Administrative Council.
