Entry into Force, Amendment, Termination. 1. This Agreement, including Annexes 1 and 2, shall enter into force upon signature by the Parties. 2. This Agreement may be amended at any time by agreement of the Parties in writing. 3. Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon one year's written notice to the other Party, in which case any annexes will also terminate. 4. Annexes constitute an integral part of this Agreement, except that, if an annex so provides, either Party may terminate such annex in accordance with the terms of that annex.
