Entry into effect. 2.1 Clause 1, Clause 2, Clause 6.8 and Clauses 10 to 14 and 16 to 20 inclusive of this Agreement and Part A (Organisation of the Access Conditions and Definitions), Part C (Modifications to the Access Conditions), Part D (Timetable Change), Part F (Vehicle Change) and Part G (Network Change) of the Access Conditions shall take effect and be binding upon the parties immediately upon signature of this Agreement.
