Approval by Koor Sample Clauses

Approval by Koor s board of directors for it to enter into this Deed and the Shareholders Agreement and for performance thereof by Koor in accordance with their terms and conditions, including ratification of the signatures of Messrs ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ to this Deed and the Shareholders Agreement. Provided that: (1) such approvals as mentioned in Clauses 19.1.1 and 19.
