Entry & Exit a. For your safety and the safety of other guests, we reserve the right to conduct a security search of guests, their clothing, bags and any other items that we reasonably deem necessary at the entrance gates to the Event site, and generally during the course of the Event. Refusal to consent to such searches will result in the non-consenting Ticket holders being denied entry (resulting in the Ticket not being valid for entry, and, if already entered, ejection from the Event) without refund. b. There will be no admission to the Event before the designated opening times on any day of the Event. Box Office times to be confirmed. c. We reserve the right to refuse you entry to and/or eject you from the Event. In particular but without limitation you may be refused admission to or removed from the Event for any of the following reasons: for health and safety or licensing reasons; if you behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event; if you use threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms; if, in our reasonable opinion, you are acting under the undue influence of alcohol or drugs; if you fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age; if you refuse to comply with the security searches; if you breach these Terms; and/or if your Ticket is void. d. No refunds will be offered to guests who are refused entry or ejected from the site at the discretion of the Promoter. e. If you are refused entry to the Event, or have been previously ejected, you may not purchase another Ticket or otherwise gain entry. f. Failure to produce the appropriate receipt/Ticket or pass, when so requested, may result in ejection from the Event, without later claim or compensation. g. There are no pass-outs and no re-admission after first entry to the Event for any Ticket holders. Upon leaving the Event each day, there will be no re-admission until the following day. h. To ensure the safety of our attendees, from time to time we may have to restrict entry and or exit from certain gates and at certain times.
Entry & Exit. 50.1 The Bidder / Contractor and his agent (s), representatives, workmen etc, and his materials, carts, trucks orother means of transports etc will be allowed to enter through and leave only from such gate or gates and at such times as the Consignee / ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineer (Utilities) Udhampur for all his staff or authorities in charge of the Restricted Area may at their sole discretion permit to be used. The Bidder / Contractor’s authorized representative is required to be present at the place of entry and exit for the purpose of identifying his carts,trucks etc to the personnel in-charge of the security of Restricted area.
Entry & Exit. The applicant shall adhere to all directions from staff (at the time of application) and signage with regard to entering and exiting the building. As an example, in most instances, Banquet Hall Guests will arrive through the main front doors, and exit through the Courtyard door. And Multi-Purpose Room Guests will enter through the main front doors and exit through the door beside the Multi- Purpose Room, at the end of the hallway. Participants shall arrive no more than 15 minutes before the event, and must leave the building no more than 15 minutes following the event to avoid exceeding occupancy limits, and allow for cleaning and disinfecting of the area prior to upcoming events.
Entry & Exit. 4.4.1 The Contractor, his agent(s), representatives, workmen, etc. and his materials, carts, trucks or other means of transport, etc. will be allowed to enter through and leave from only such gate or gates and at such time as the GE or Factory authorities/In-charge of restricted area may at their sole discretion permit to be used. Entry & Exit. The contractor, his agent(s)/representatives, workmen etc. and his materials, carts, trucks or other means of transports etc. will be allowed to enter through and leave only from such gate specifically notified and at such times as the GE or authorities in charge of the Restricted Areas may at their sole discretion permit to be used. The contractor’s authorized representative is required to be present at the place of entry and exit for the purpose of identifying his carts, truck and persons etc. to the persons in-charge of the security of Restricted Areas. 4.7.1 The units controlling restricted area, usually, work during six days in the week and remain closed, on the 7th day. The working hours available to contractor’s labour and staff however, accordingly get reduced because of the time taken in security checks observed at the time of entry, exit and during working hours. 4.7.2 The exact working hours, days and non-working days observed for the restricted area, where works are to be carried out shall be deemed to have been ascertained by the contractor before submitting his tender. The tenderer’s attention is invited to the fact that the total number of working hours for a unit are prescribed in regulations and they cannot be increased by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineer.
