Common use of Entry Date Clause in Contracts

Entry Date. The date on which an Employee commences participation in the Plan as determined by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement. Unless the Employer specifies otherwise in the Adoption Agreement, entry into the Plan shall be on the first day of the Plan Year or the first day of the seventh month of the Plan Year coinciding with or following the date on which an Employee meets the eligibility requirements.
