Common use of Entry by Sublessor Clause in Contracts

Entry by Sublessor. Sublessee shall permit Sublessor, Master Landlord, and their respective agents, representatives and designees to enter into and upon any part of the Premises at all reasonable hours to inspect or view the same, clean or make repairs, alterations or additions thereto, as Sublessor or Master Landlord may deem necessary or desirable, and Sublessee shall not be entitled to abatement or reduction of Minimum Rent by reason thereof.

Entry by Sublessor. Sublessee shall permit Sublessor, Master Landlord, Sublessor and their respective agents, representatives and designees the agents of Landlord or Sublessor to enter into and upon any part of the Premises at all reasonable hours times and at all times provided under the terms of the Principal Lease to inspect examine the condition thereof and conditions of Sublessee's occupancy or view to make such repairs, additions or alterations therein as Landlord or Sublessor may deem necessary, or to exhibit the same, clean or make repairs, alterations or additions thereto, as Sublessor or Master Landlord may deem necessary or desirable, and Sublessee shall not be entitled to abatement or reduction of Minimum Rent by reason thereof.
