Entry by Sublessor. Sublessor and its authorized representatives shall have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice (provided that in the event of an emergency, notice need not be given) for the purpose of inspecting the same or taking any action or doing any work permitted hereunder (but nothing herein contained in this Lease shall create or imply any duty on the part of Sublessor to make any such inspection or to take any such action or do any such work).
