ENTRY AGREEMENT. This framework agreement for becoming a member to the Recupel collective system, including all addenda and appendices, as well as any subsequent modifications to this framework agreement. Any agreement between one of the regions, on the one hand, and one or more coordinating, representative organisations of companies on the other, regardless of the name given to such an agreement, as well as any similar instrument, in implementation of which Recupel fulfils the Take-back obligation imposed by the Legislation.
