Pro-Active Full Preventive Maintenance: Contractor shall regularly and systematically, on a continuous basis, examine, clean, lubricate and adjust the vertical transportation equipment and provide unlimited callback service during regular working hours and, as conditions warrant, in accordance with accepted industry standards and the applicable manufacturer’s published specifications and technical field notes, including those published internally within the manufacturer’s organization, repair or replace all portions of the equipment, except those specifically excluded, including but not limited to the work and coverage described hereinafter.
Entrapments. Callbacks involving passenger entrapments shall be limited to no more than one (1) entrapment per building in any three-month period. Whether a building contains multiple elevators or only a single elevator, a maximum of one entrapment per building in any three-month period is allowed for compliance with this reliability metric.
