Common use of Entity Names Clause in Contracts

Entity Names. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6, no Credit Party has been known by any other company or corporate name, as applicable, in the past five (5) years and has not provided services or sold Inventory under any other name, nor has any Credit Party been the surviving corporation or company, as applicable, of a merger or consolidation or acquired all or substantially all of the assets of any Person or a business of a Person during the preceding five (5) years.

Entity Names. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6, no No Credit Party has been known by any other company changed its corporate name or corporate name, as applicable, used a trade name in the past five (5) years and has does not provided services or sold sell Inventory under any other name, nor has any Credit Party been the surviving corporation or company, as applicable, of a merger or consolidation or acquired all or substantially all of the assets of any Person or a business of a Person during the preceding five (5) years, in each case except as set forth on Schedule 5.6.
