Entity Name. It is imperative that the stocks being purchased in this agreement are well-defined. To this end, Section II shall request the legal name of the Entity whose stocks are being sold. Produce its name on the “Entity Name” line of Section II. (5) Entity Mailing Address. Dispense the Stock Entity’s complete mailing address as it is registered with the government.
