Entitlement verification Clause Samples

Entitlement verification. Goal: to check that the traveller is really entitled/authorized to cross the border. This is normally carried out by cross checking against watch lists and other databases. Input: information about traveller extracted from document, validity of traveller document(s), information if traveller exists in SIS, VIS or other national databases. Output: information about if the traveller is entitled to cross the border information and if the document (other) isn't stolen etc.
