Common use of Entire Clause in Contracts

Entire. Understanding This Agreement, including any exhibits and schedules hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes and cancels all previous agreements among the parties, written and oral in respect of the subject matter hereof. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the attached Protocol XXX (Exhibit A), the terms of the Protocol shall have precedence with respect to Study subject care matters and the terms of this Agreement shall have precedence with respect to all other matters.
