Common use of ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT. This document constitutes the entire Lease Agreement between the parties, and no promises or representations, other than those contained here and those implied by law, have been made by Landlord or Tenant(s). Any modifications to this Lease Agreement during its term must be in writing signed by Landlord and Tenant(s). No verbal agreements or representations have been made or relied upon by either party or any agent or employee of either party, and neither party nor any agent or employee of either party is entitled to alter any provisions of this Lease by any verbal representations or agreements to be made subsequent to the execution of this Lease. The foregoing notwithstanding, if Tenant(s) hold over after the expiration of the Lease term on a month-to-month holdover basis, Landlord may change any provision of this Lease without the consent of Tenant(s) in the manner prescribed by California Civil Code Section 827 (
