Entire Contract; Modification. This contract constitutes the entire contract between the parties, and the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties, and supersedes all previous written or oral contracts regarding the subject of this contract. No other understanding, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this contract shall be deemed to exist or bind any of the parties hereto. Any modification or waiver of the terms of the contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
