Common use of Entire Charter Clause in Contracts

Entire Charter. The Charter Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all prior agreements and understandings between the Trustees and the Applicant(s). To the extent that any conflict or incompatibility exists between the Terms of Operation and the other terms of this Charter Agreement, such other terms of this Charter Agreement shall control.
