Common use of Entire Agreement; No Oral Amendments Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; No Oral Amendments. This Agreement supplements Employee's Employment Agreement and replaces and merges all previous agreements and discussions relating to any non-competition, non-solicitation and/or confidentiality obligations owed by Employee to the Company and it constitutes the entire agreement between Employee and the Company with respect to the rights and obligations of either Party in that regard. This Agreement may not be modified except by a written agreement signed by an executive officer of the Company.

This Agreement may not be modified in any respect except by a written agreement signed by an executive officer of the Company.
